Job OverviewPalmer Group is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Administrator to join its team. This individual will be responsible for providing daily administration of VOIP and contact center solutions, collaborating with technical teams on projects and implementations of new solutions, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer VOIP and contact center software to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement new solutions and improve existing ones
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience with contact center software administration
  • Understanding of VoIP and SIP
  • Experience pulling system reports, adds, moves, and changes
