Job Title: National Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our domestic and international expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the golf industry, with 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies, leveraging market analysis, competitive research, and customer insights.
  • Execute sales plans and new market penetration strategies.
  • Manage sales teams, guiding sales processes, including product development, identification, and positioning.
  • Design regional and national sales plans to increase company revenue.
  • Develop distribution and retail channels, expand existing customer and region, and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client project managers, designers, and engineers, providing the best product options.
  • Influence partners to develop and expand market sales opportunities, maximizing brand exposure.
  • Coordinate new product design with factories and negotiate prices with clients.
  • Promote new products to clients, understand market trends.
  • Closely collaborate with OEM clients to meet their product needs.
  • Collaborate with OEM clients' tour department.
  • Input OEM export orders, negotiate delivery times with factories.
  • Review existing OEM pricing and establish new annual prices.
  • Collaborate with OEM clients and factories to handle compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Business preferred).
  • Experience in product development and OEM sales.
  • Experience in golf or fishing industry.
  • At least 3 years of sales industry experience, including manufacturing, retail, distribution, and wholesale.
  • Excellent performance record and comprehensive work experience.
  • Good communication and expression skills.
  • Basic computer operation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Other Requirements:

  • Domestic trade exhibition business travel.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
