Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed healthcare provider.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
  • Administer medications, perform vital signs, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of starting.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
  • Basic medical knowledge and terminology.
  • Computer skills/data entry.
  • Skilled in obtaining accurate patient vitals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum Experience: one year.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Phlebotomy.
  • EKG.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly and concisely, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling patient information.
