Job Description

The Insurance Account Representative will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing products and services to customers. Working closely with the agent, you will establish and meet marketing goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to grow business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and text.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Property & Casualty license required within 30 days of employment.
  • Life & Health license required within 45 days of employment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
