Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our company's cash flow and ensuring timely payment from our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile customer payments and track unbilled revenue to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Monitor vendor accounts and identify any discrepancies or issues that may impact our cash flow.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to facilitate prompt payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner to ensure smooth cash flow.
  • Record and reconcile payments received to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Identify and resolve any billing or payment issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections with a focus on business-to-business collections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP accounting software.
