Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Direct the development, management, and deployment of engineering resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.

- Project Management: Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering, with 3+ years of experience in engineering management.
- Skills: Proven ability to grasp complex physics and material science concepts, experience working in quality system regulated engineering environments, and strong knowledge of professional engineering best practices.
