Healthcare Product Manager

Photon is seeking a seasoned Health Plan Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative health plan products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, product management, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product strategies for health plans, leveraging expertise in Medicaid, Commercial, and Medicare markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to drive product development and launch.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare product management, with a focus on health plans.
- Strong business process and functional expertise in Medicaid, Commercial, and Medicare health plans.
- Experience working with Core systems, Population Health, Sales and Marketing, and Provider Data.
- Excellent communication and executive presence skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to relocate to Norfolk, VA, or work remotely.
