Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team responsible for servicing, maintaining, and preparing mobile membrane water treatment units.
- Develop and implement process flow procedures to manage inputs and outputs effectively.
- Maintain high team morale, employee involvement, and safety standards while accomplishing departmental goals.
- Implement strategies to reduce cycle times and improve quality, service, and safety.
- Track, trend, and reduce product defects through root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Prior leadership experience required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to handle repetitive weight up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Associate's Degree in electrical, industrial/mechanical engineering, or water treatment.
- Six Sigma certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to build and lead a team through change.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
