Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Call Agent to join our team at Bob Brown Buick GMC. As a key member of our Sales and Service Departments, you will be responsible for handling in-bound and out-bound customer calls to schedule appointments and provide information.

Responsibilities

Work in unison with our Sales and Service Departments to set customer appointments from inbound service customer calls, outbound phone calls for the Sales Department, and Customer Satisfaction PR calls for both departments.

Utilize excellent phone, people, and computer skills to exceed customer expectations and provide superior customer service.
