Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Rep at General Informatics, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for generating sales quotes, developing sales pipelines, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales quotes and develop sales pipelines using remote sales strategies
  • Assist with sales deals within assigned territory, leveraging negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Track and report sales activities in CRM software, utilizing data to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or technology sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building customer relationships
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a results-driven mindset and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools, including email and phone
