Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Real Floors, Inc. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the multi-family/apartment industry in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustain a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting and relationship-building with existing accounts and potential new customers.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing accounts and potential new customers, and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Provide all necessary information for each new account/customer, including floor plans and pricing.
- Promptly address customer concerns, complaints, and problems.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
- Perform random job site inspections and report results to the Installation department.
- Maintain an organized sample/showroom and sales office.
- Report to management any information pertinent to competitive pricing and/or changes in the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Highly energetic with a strong hunter mentality.
- Coachable, with the willingness and ability to internalize instructions and take actionable steps to better serve customers and grow the business.
- Strong individual contributor who also thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Ability to comfortably deal with ambiguities, and to achieve goals while regularly functioning independently.
- Positively persistent customer focus - strives to partner with customers and add value to the relationship.
- Strong time management skills, with an excellent ability to prioritize, organize, follow up, and follow through.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Gmail, Google Docs, and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to conduct business using various remote tools, as needed (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior prospecting experience and success in closing new business in a field-based sales role.
- Flooring product and/or industry knowledge.
