About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and building long-term relationships with homeowners in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to homeowners to introduce our pest control system and generate sales
  • Use patience and persistence to build strong relationships with customers
  • Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of our products and services
  • Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure a seamless experience for customers
  • Work independently and think on your feet to stay motivated and achieve sales goals

Qualifications
  • No experience required - training will be provided
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license
Physical Demands and Working Environment
  • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
