Job Overview:
As a Service Center Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Distribution Center's operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing slips
• Coordinate with freight lines to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of shipments
• Perform data entry tasks in computer systems to maintain accurate records
• Provide customer service assistance to Customer Service Representatives to facilitate shipment processing
• Run reports to track shipment status and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with inventory management during the annual cycle count
• Collaborate with the manufacturing plant, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of product
• Communicate daily on order status and notify relevant teams of any changes
• Operate the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments
• Review orders for special requirements and convey information to warehouse staff
• Work with Corporate Traffic Department to optimize cost-efficient shipments
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service center team
