Service Center Administrator Role:
This position plays a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center's operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and directing calls to relevant team members
• Assist with will-call customers, resolving issues promptly and accurately
• Prepare shipping paperwork, including bill of lading, packing slips, and PIC lists
• Coordinate with freight lines to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of shipments
• Maintain accurate records through data entry in computer systems
• Provide customer service assistance to Customer Service Representatives to facilitate shipment processing
• Run reports to track shipment status and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with inventory management during the annual cycle count
• Collaborate with the manufacturing plant, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of product
• Communicate daily on order status and notify relevant teams of any changes
• Operate the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments
• Review orders for special requirements and convey information to warehouse staff
• Work with Corporate Traffic Department to optimize cost-efficient shipments
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service center team
