Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Center Administrator. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing information on orders, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming customer calls, provide directions to the Service Center, and route calls to appropriate individuals to ensure accurate information.
  • Assist with will-call customers, print documentation such as Bill of Lading, Packing Slips, and PIC lists.
  • Prepare shipping paperwork, contact freight lines to arrange order pickups, and complete miscellaneous filing tasks.
  • Data entry in computer systems, run reports, and back up warehouse functions during annual inventory.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year prior office-related work experience, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, experience with Microsoft Office, and ability to analyze data recognizing trends and taking action to improve.
