- Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, public health, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a healthcare or social services organization, with a focus on crisis services or operations management.
- Knowledge of telephony and telecommunications infrastructure, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
