ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Brandon Mauler - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Sales Representative who can identify opportunities and strategically convert leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends enables you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls (cold calls and warm leads)
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Collaborate with your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships
Qualifications:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
