Job Summary

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist Level II to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic radiographic examinations, operating complex stationary and mobile diagnostic equipment, and ensuring that routine and priority tasks are completed within established departmental time frames.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations, including X-rays and fluoroscopy procedures.
  • Operate and maintain complex diagnostic equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Prepare patients for examinations, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Develop and process radiographic images, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
  • CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
