Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio/Video Engineer to join our Operations Support team. As an AV Operations Support Expert, you will provide technical expertise and support for our Audio/Video technologies, ensuring seamless execution of large events and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to AV Operations, including end-user support, large event support, vendor management, and installation support.
  • Work proactively to resolve incidents, problems, and changes related to Audio/Video technologies, with a focus on proactive-reactive Incident/SR/Changes.
  • Act as SME for handling critical incidents, changes, and vendor escalations, and document knowledge articles for critical incidents.
  • Ensure delivery targets are met, and SLA levels are maintained or improved.
  • Continuously develop and implement Service Improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize production impact.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, customer support, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage Incidents and Escalations from end-user or vendor reporting systems.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams Room, Surface Hub, Crestron, Biamp, and Webex MTR.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP, TLS, RTP, HTTP, SRTP, UDP, unicast, multicast, subnetting, VLAN, and DHCP concepts.
  • White glove support for Executive and Large Events.
  • Knowledge of basic Audio/Video signal flow and experience with planning in Jira with an Agile mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SDA network experience.
  • Ability to read CAD drawing sets.
