Job Title: Audiovisual Support Specialist

Children's Health is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Support Specialist to join our team. As an Audiovisual Support Specialist, you will provide technical support for our audiovisual systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of our AV equipment and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operation of AV systems for events, including live streams, town hall meetings, and other special events.
  • Video recording and editing using industry-standard software.
  • Remote event production using Zoom and other platforms.
  • Maintenance of servers and associated applications that support the AV infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting of internal RF and IPTV distribution systems and TV headends.
  • Providing end-user training on AV systems and concepts.
  • Responding to and resolving service requests within established SLAs.
  • Collaborating with IS team members and customers across various Children's campuses.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience as an Audio Visual Support technician or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with AV systems installation and service in the healthcare environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training beyond high school preferred.
  • QSYS Control 101 certification within one year from date of hire.
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license and proof of insurance.
