Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team at MSCCN in Macon, Georgia. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations.

About the Role

  • Provide top-notch customer service by answering phones, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing vouchers, handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Manage finances by processing invoices, paying bills, and recording office expenses
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk, stock rooms, and decorate for holidays

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a call center or medical front office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
