Residential Care Coordinator

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the group home, ensuring that staff schedules align with the needs of the residents. This role involves coordinating the activities of both members and staff, while also adhering to established ratios and requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage based on member needs.
- Coordinate daily activities and operations within the group home environment.
- Implement and oversee daily schedules for group home activities.
- Serve as a role model, demonstrating professional standards of practice to members, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each member's behavior, sleep patterns, and interactions, providing a professional approach throughout daily routines.
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.75 to $16.75 per hour
