Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain comprehensive project schedules, detailing timelines, key milestones, and resource distribution.
- Enhance communication pathways between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee project goals are well understood and achieved.
- Oversee scheduling and resource management to maximize project productivity and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and requests throughout the project duration.
- Prepare project estimates and engage in discussions regarding costs with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any challenges that may arise.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold our standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction while monitoring project budgets and expenses for potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles within the construction or remodeling sector.
- Solid understanding of residential construction practices, materials, and relevant building regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and collaboration.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality control.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00.
This is a NON REMOTE position with a Contract to Hire arrangement.
