  • Oversee scheduling and resource management to maximize project productivity and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and requests throughout the project duration.
  • Prepare project estimates and engage in discussions regarding costs with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any challenges that may arise.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold our standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction while monitoring project budgets and expenses for potential cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles within the construction or remodeling sector.
  • Solid understanding of residential construction practices, materials, and relevant building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality control.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks.
Compensation

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00.

This is a NON REMOTE position with a Contract to Hire arrangement.
