Housing and Community Care Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residence, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents. This includes conducting intakes, providing information and referral services, and serving as a liaison with community service providers. You will also be responsible for supervising meal preparation, offering crisis intervention, and maintaining accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you will assist in providing support and direction for clients and volunteers engaged in program activities, complete incident reports, and conduct hourly rounds to ensure resident safety.
