Actionstep Partner Account Manager

Actionstep is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our Partnerships Team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute partner account plans to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including regular communication and collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners
- Develop and implement strategies to drive partner engagement and adoption
- Monitor and report on partner performance and progress
- 3+ years of experience in partner management or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
