POSITION OVERVIEW

This role involves presenting customers with options, designs, and education regarding the sale of replacement HVAC systems for residential and light commercial applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present various HVAC system replacement choices to customers.
  • Discuss financing alternatives with clients.
  • Learn and apply the One Hour sales methodology and ethical standards.
  • Maintain sales margins as directed by management.
  • Exhibit a safety-first mindset on the job and while driving.
  • Utilize floor savers when in clients' homes.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior sales experience is necessary.
  • Experience in the HVAC trade is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, and technical proficiency are essential.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Clean driving record is mandatory.

COMPENSATION

Potential earnings range from $45,000 to $100,000 annually.
