Role Responsibilities

As a Recreation Activities Coordinator, your primary role will involve collaborating with various vendors to ensure the seamless delivery of services and products for the Activities department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing team members in the Activities/Kids Club sector by organizing recreational programs tailored to the interests and needs of guests across all age groups.
  • Assisting with the preparation and dismantling of special events.
  • Creating a positive atmosphere that fosters team morale and motivation.
  • Maintaining accurate daily and monthly records related to merchandise, marketing materials, and other purchases in line with company accounting standards.
  • Conducting regular inspections of recreational facilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in planning activities for both adults and children.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, as the majority of the shift involves standing.
  • Capability to make decisions independently, adhering to company policies.
  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test, along with proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
