The Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) sets the pace for the skilled nursing facility. You lead by example and you know first impressions matter. People remember you, respect you and want to work with you. You make an impact in your patient's lives and you strive to make a difference in your center's metrics.

This role involves increasing marketing initiatives & focusing on rebuilding census. You will interface with our union and represent the center at county board meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently hold the Illinois LNHA license
  • Prior experience (3+ years) as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility
  • Ability to build a team and potentially bring some with you
  • A love for what you do, and your education and credentialing reflects that
