At FirstPRO, Inc, we're currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive customer-facing technology initiatives based on Marketing Data Analytics utilizing Google Analytics.

This contract position allows for remote work from home and requires a strong focus on business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with product owners and technical teams to advance business objectives.
  • Elicit requirements through various techniques, including business case development and user story creation.
  • Identify gaps in existing solutions and develop MVPs for phased delivery.
  • Ensure effective data design by establishing key questions and customer interactions.
  • Apply industry knowledge to guide solution option analysis and work closely with technical teams.
  • Through process analysis, identify improvements and technology impacts, and work with stakeholders to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, analyze user feedback, and make prioritization decisions.
  • Participate in trade-off analysis and decision-making processes with senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of business analysis experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of core business analysis functions, including business process analysis and requirement elicitation tools.
  • Proven experience developing requirements and designs.
  • Experience with Agile methods, including working with product owners to manage the backlog.
  • Experience with Agile workflow tools, JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong facilitation skills in large, cross-functional groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools, SQL and Office 365.
  • Experience with web analytics required, GA 360 and GA4 preferred.
  • Exhibits organizational savvy, business savvy, executive presence, thought partnership, and influence.
