Renviva Management Services, LLC - Dialysis Registered Nurse Job Description

Renviva Management Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operation of the dialysis unit to maintain a safe and efficient environment for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care and daily operations of the dialysis unit
  • Provide leadership, direction, and encouragement to staff to develop professional standards
  • Manage time wisely and patient scheduling to optimize patient outcomes and labor expense control
  • Assume responsibility and utilize opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Perform additional duties and responsible for specific projects according to ability and experience
Requirements:
  • Current active RN state licensure
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in general nursing care plus minimum 6 months dialysis experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of water systems, bypass, and emergency water system procedures preferred
  • ICU/CCU experience desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and general management skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurance when using automobile to travel for business purposes, ability to travel
  • Computer knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrates reliability, good work habits, and emotional maturity
  • Maintenance of current CPR Healthcare Recognition according to the American Heart Association
  • Maintains a telephone and able to be contacted at home outside of normal business operations
  • Possesses reliable transportation
