About the Role:
We are seeking a Residential Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Kane Realty Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts to generate traffic and attract potential residents. This includes devising innovative and creative ways to promote our properties, preparing monthly marketing calendars, and executing events and activities to source new leads. You will also be responsible for managing social media accounts, conducting market surveys, and determining optimum rent levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A background in hospitality, retail, or sales is preferred, as well as experience with industry software such as Yardi or Entrata. We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and the location of our properties.
