Overview
We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Senior Integration Engineer to take charge of our integration solutions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the integration process from inception to completion. This encompasses gathering detailed integration requirements, including schema definitions, data mappings, process flows, enhancements, security and compliance measures, scalability, monitoring, and recoverability. You will be responsible for crafting integration designs, facilitating design evaluations, and executing and validating integration solutions. In addition to developing new integrations, you will also provide comprehensive support for existing integration frameworks. Your commitment to quality will drive you to enhance standards, promote consistent integration patterns, and utilize reusable components whenever feasible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the design and implementation of intricate integration solutions utilizing a diverse array of tools and technologies.
  • Collect thorough integration requirements from stakeholders to develop robust technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Establish and sustain scalable integration workflows, ensuring they can adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Manage integration environments, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
  • Conduct thorough testing phases, including unit and integration tests, to confirm the functionality and performance of integration solutions.
  • Diagnose complex integration challenges, providing prompt resolutions to uphold system integrity and availability.
  • Champion the adoption of integration best practices and standards throughout the organization.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ongoing improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in integration engineering with a proven record of successful project execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various integration technologies such as ETL tools, API management, messaging systems, and real-time data processing.
  • Advanced understanding of application integration best practices and industry standards, including integration between Cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Familiarity with different application integration patterns and techniques.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for solving complex problems and adapting swiftly to new technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving multi-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and mentorship.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
