Explore the Opportunity:

As a Retirement Education Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Tax Exempt Market.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Conducting on-site educational sessions for Plan Sponsor Participants, focusing on retirement plans and investment options.
  • Providing personalized financial advisory sessions for employees and retirees.
  • Collaborating with Plan Administration and legal teams to address participant inquiries and concerns.
  • Working alongside Plan Sponsors to enhance employee participation in retirement plans.
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of educational materials.
  • Coordinating retirement seminars and individual meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Mentoring junior staff members as needed.
  • Taking on additional duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement or financial services.
  • Possession of FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65 licenses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • A commitment to quality improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


Compensation and Benefits:

Voya Financial is committed to providing equitable compensation. The annual base salary range for this position is reflective of the expected hiring range. In addition to the base salary, we offer various incentive opportunities based on performance.

Salary Range: $73,900 - $92,370 USD
