Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Support
As an Educational Support Specialist, you will assist the classroom teacher in various capacities, including:
- Delivering personalized and small group instruction under the teacher's guidance, ensuring students receive the support they need.
- Maintaining an organized and conducive classroom atmosphere that promotes effective learning.
- Implementing behavioral management techniques as directed by the classroom teacher.
- Creating a safe and supportive environment for students to enhance their educational experience.
- Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials, including educational displays and resources.
- Supporting the teacher with religious preparations and activities.
- Contributing to lesson planning focused on the needs of grouped students.
- Facilitating enrichment and remedial activities to support student learning.
- Learning to manage and input student data as required.
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned that align with the role.
- Supervising lunch and recess as designated by the Principal.
- Promoting educational initiatives at the school.
- Embracing and utilizing school technology for educational purposes.
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal.
- Starting pay at $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package available.
- Part-time position with a minimum of 27.5 hours and a maximum of 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about education and committed to supporting student success within a Catholic educational framework.
