About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding and Access Specialist to join our team in the West territory. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient access to our innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve patient access barriers, including insurance coverage, reimbursement, and financial limitations.
  • Provide expertise and education on local and regional health plan policies, coverage, and processes to internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate communication among key players to ensure patients receive the necessary clinical support for successful therapy initiation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior relationship management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, or medical affairs.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time and live within the territory.
