We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Veritiv. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing large revenue opportunities at complex Corporate Accounts in the Electronics Manufacturing space.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Work closely with Corporate Accounts Leadership to set sales strategy, determine target Vertical opportunities, and develop overall sales goals/quotas.
- Business Development: Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities, develop ideas that deliver sales results, and sell the Veritiv value proposition.
- Client Management: Communicate with clients to gather information about project goals, budgets, and outcomes, and partner with the Corporate Account Manager to close opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Develop targeted proposals for key customer executives and other decision makers that address critical needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential Corporate Account opportunities at all points in the sales cycle.
- Business Reviews: Participate in business reviews and other customer functions as needed.
- Contract Development: Consult with company legal representatives to develop contracts and agreements that protect company interests.
- Experience: 10-15 years of related job experience, with a proven track record of business development and sales success.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset and strong financial acumen.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment, with frequent travel to customers, suppliers, and group meetings.
