Job Summary:

LHH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling multiple blue-chip Fortune 500 customers in various industries, including automotive, lawn and garden, medical, aerospace, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and shipping, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers, including quotes, pricing, and availability.
  • Manage customer accounts, including recording account information and running reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Technical expertise in dealing with mechanical parts and fasteners.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP or MES systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
