Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and business development.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales. You will be expected to develop and execute on sales strategies that drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage industry expertise to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies
- Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute on sales training programs to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective demand generation strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
- Strong industry expertise, with a deep understanding of the software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
