We are seeking an experienced European Tour Development Director to join our team in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a commercial tour development strategy for the region, with a focus on optimising the current product portfolio, identifying gaps for new tours, and assessing creative ways to increase sales.

This is a fully remote role, and we welcome candidates from any country who can work effectively with our UK and European-based teams. The ideal candidate will be a champion for growth in the region, collaborating closely with local teams and guides to create high-quality, memorable travel experiences.

You will have the freedom and autonomy to put your mark on our European tours, driving progress and improvements across our products. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Head of Commercial, North America counterpart, and highly dedicated Tour Operations team.

You will be accountable for New Product revenue and margin targets, lead the pricing strategy for the region, and implement a suitable yield process that optimises profit whilst limiting cancellation. You will also work with local teams, sales & marketing to implement creative solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Europe. We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
