Position Summary

This full-time hybrid position is for a Client Services Coordinator. The Coordinator will play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and the Resicom team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing technicians' daily assignments in designated regions to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Responding to incoming calls from technicians, providing necessary support to manage their workload.
  • Coordinating with client dispatch teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and clear communication.
  • Making outbound calls to technicians to verify job status and ensure accurate updates.
  • Evaluating daily workloads and adjusting resource plans as needed, including reaching out to technicians for additional shifts or tasks during peak times.
  • Creating and managing reports to track unique bookings, system errors, and other relevant data.
  • Ensuring compliance with client procedural standards.
  • Managing project setups and vendor assignments.
  • Preparing scopes and estimates for projects.
  • Reviewing work orders and managing material procurement.
  • Conducting data entry for purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor compliance documentation.
  • Sourcing vendors as required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
