Qualifications

Responsibilities

Your primary role will involve the effective onboarding of enterprise accounts to our services, fostering usage during initial phases and beyond, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will actively collaborate with your accounts to promote adoption and serve as the representative voice of your customers within the organization.

Manage all post-sales interactions for Box's premier enterprise clients through robust relationship management, in-depth product knowledge, and strategic planning and execution.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and engage with customers regarding the most pertinent features and functionalities tailored to their unique business requirements.

Establish a deployment, change management, and adoption strategy for each customer.

Enhance customer retention by conducting regular check-ins for tactical matters and executing strategic business reviews to align objectives and outcomes.

Monitor accounts to identify potential churn risks and proactively address these concerns.

Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to devise a strategy for integrating Box into each customer's core infrastructure.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to identify and track product enhancement requests, troubleshooting, and bugs.

Act as the advocate for customers, providing internal insights on how Box can better serve its enterprise clientele.

Travel to client locations as necessary.

Benefits

The actual base salary (or OTE if commissionable role) is contingent upon factors such as expertise, skill level, experience, and geographical location.

United States Pay Range:
$103,000—$129,000 USD
