Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Strategist at Tegus, you will be instrumental in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our most valued clients.

Your role will involve acting as the primary liaison for a portfolio of 50-70 strategic accounts, guiding them through their experience with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Achieve and surpass quarterly retention goals by proactively collaborating with account teams and ensuring timely renewal activities.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their business objectives, ensuring our solutions align with their needs.
  • Facilitate the adoption of our products and services, providing necessary training and support.
  • Monitor account health metrics, identifying risks and developing strategies to enhance client retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts to meet quarterly pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across various regions, advocating for client needs to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Act as a thought leader within the Customer Success organization, testing new strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience in managing and cross-selling enterprise software or services, with a track record of exceeding retention goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and produce key communication artifacts.
  • Strong internal collaboration skills to manage escalations and complex growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen attention to detail and time management.
  • Data-driven and solutions-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
