Position Title:
Senior Customer Success Strategist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted partner to client organizations, fostering relationships and delivering value.
  • Offer technical insights to maximize Salesforce utilization and achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client issues and oversee communication.
  • Coordinate resources to enhance customer health, engagement, and success.
  • Manage all Signature deliverables, contract renewals, and growth opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS solutions, or Technology Consulting.

  • Proficiency with Tableau or comparable platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to articulate technical concepts in business-friendly language.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and design methodologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Salesforce product certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience engaging with Enterprise-level clients.
