Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through outbound cold calling and prospecting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Master the art of outbound cold calling and prospecting with 100+ calls/emails per day.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to book demos and close deals.
  • Work with inbound leads, whether they come from web, email, or phone.
  • Stay organized by keeping our CRM updated with customer data and insights.
  • Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of successful outbound sales experience or a sales training program certification.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a coaching environment and continually learn and grow.
  • No prior healthcare knowledge required but a willingness to learn is essential.

Benefits:

  • Base salary: $40,000 plus an uncapped bonus up to $30,000 at goal (and more if you exceed expectations).
