**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

  • High school education required; some college preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • 1 year of management experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old

**Physical Requirements**

  • Stand for up to 8 hours
  • Carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb and balance on ladders
  • Bend at the waist
  • Lift up to 40 pounds
  • Kneel and squat on the ground
  • Reach above the shoulder frequently

**Work Schedule Requirements**

  • Assistant Store Managers are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • May be required to work more than 40 hours per week depending on the time of year and store needs
  • Required to work some nights, most weekends, and during peak holiday periods
