We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Fleet Service Advisor to join our team at Angela Krause Ford. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial fleet customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate services to meet their needs.
  • Manage service appointments and ensure timely completion of work, maintaining accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and foster a loyal customer base.
  • Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new service offerings, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Service Advisor, preferably with Ford, with a solid book of business to bring along.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes, with a high school diploma or equivalent and automotive training or certifications a plus.
