General Responsibilities:

The individual in this role is accountable for efficiently entering, modifying, promoting, and confirming bookings. They will assist prospective guests with utmost professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles bookings promptly and accurately.
  • Responds to inquiries in a polite and professional manner, ensuring clarity in communication.
  • Provides precise information regarding availability, pricing, and other requested details without delay.
  • Collaborates with other departments, including Sales, Groups, and Executive Office, on reservation-related matters.
  • Maintains and updates guest profiles, including preferences and feedback from previous stays.
  • Identifies guests with special requests, celebrations, or VIP status, and communicates their needs to the Front Office.
  • Generates reports as necessary.
  • Assists the PBX team as required.

Qualifications, Skills, & Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
