We are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales to spearhead our sales operations, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales leadership, a strong network within the landscaping or related industries, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expand client base, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive top-line revenue through effective prospecting, pipeline management, and client retention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related service industries.
- Demonstrated success in achieving multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing techniques.
- Strong connections with property developers, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
