Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales to spearhead our sales operations, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales leadership, a strong network within the landscaping or related industries, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expand client base, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive top-line revenue through effective prospecting, pipeline management, and client retention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related service industries.
