Job Overview

SERVPRO of Oxford/Batesville/Clarksdale is seeking a skilled Restoration Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to customers and clients. As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, this role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Manage customer and client relationships to drive positive experiences and online reviews
  • Supervise restoration technicians and provide clear guidance on project expectations
  • Document accurate job files to support services provided
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
  • Communicate with project managers and office staff on project progress and issues
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines for job safety
  • Protect and manage company assets, including equipment and materials
  • Coach and train restoration technicians to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification a plus, but not required
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents
