At Insomnia Cookies, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager in Training to join our team. As a Store Manager in Training, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of hourly staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of hourly staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and sales growth.
  • Supervise and train new staff members, ensuring they meet Insomnia Cookies' standards.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires, including Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, and Delivery Drivers.
  • Support the Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards, including baking, uniform, and company policies.
  • Upsell and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all team members do the same.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
  • Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
  • Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
  • Ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thurs-Sun).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.
